You can freely use Barde Software's websites anonymously, for example to read blog articles and other publicly available information. All visits to our websites are recorded by us, but this information cannot initially be linked to you as an individual.

2.2. How we store and use personal data

Personal information you provide is stored and used only in accordance with the purposes mentioned above and in a secure manner. Examples:

2.3. Barde Software is responsible for storing and processing data

Information is stored on secure servers at Barde Software and HubSpot, which is the business system we use for websites, CRM, and communication. Barde Software may use subcontractors for all/parts of the websites and/or service delivery. In cases where subcontractors process personal data on our behalf, Barde Software remains the data controller for our customers and users.

This translation maintains Barde's transparent, straightforward communication style while clearly explaining their data storage practices and responsibility as the data controller regardless of their use of subcontractors.

 

3. Other terms of use

Barde Software AS holds all rights to the pages and content on barde.ai. Complete or partial reproduction of the content on barde.ai is only permitted with written consent from us.

Our website has links to other websites (outside barde.ai). Barde Software does not control and is not responsible for how such websites collect and use information.
